Are You Open To The Public? Back to Top

We are not currently open to the public for browsing. We can be found at various Fairs and events around Florida and Georgia. If you would like more information regarding our upcoming events please visit our newsletter section in the top right hand corner of our homepage.

Do I have to Pay Taxes? Back to Top

Sale Taxes, Customs, Duties or International Charges: All prices are net prices and do not include any existing sales, use, custom, excise or similar taxes. Any tax or levy of the Federal Governments. Or any other governmental subdivision which may hereafter be levied on the manufacture, sales, use or shipment of goods, may at Seller’s option, be added to purchase price.

Venus Candles does not pay any customs, duties, or taxes that may be required when we ship internationally. Please check with your local government office to see if any customs or taxes will be required on an item that we ship to you.

Can I pick my Items Up To Save On Shipping? Back to Top

We welcome Pick ups. We are not open to the public for browsing. If you would like to schedule a pick up please contact us via email at CustomerService@venuscandles.com We will try and schedule a convenient time for you to pick up. If you require packaging, boxes, tape, padding, etc. there will be a 5% packaging fee added to your order.

Do You Offer Personalized Notes to Be Sent with Orders? Back to Top

At Venus Candles we encourage you to do your gift shopping with us and are glad you are allowing us to be involved. We will write your personalized message on a Venus Candles Note Card and include with your order at no additional charge.

You can contact us at customerservice@venuscandles.com and let us know the note you wish to be included and that this is a gift, or you can leave the message you wish to be sent in the comment / note to seller box at checkout.

Do you ship to APO/FPO military addresses? Back to Top

YES. We do take APO and AFS orders. Orders are shipped via Parcel Post. If you have any questions about placing an order, please contact our Customer Service Department.
