Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

• How To Return An Item
  • Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 20 days of your purchase.
  • Please email CustomerService@VenusCandles.com to request a refund.
  • When your request-to-return has been approved, a mailing address will be provided.
  • The Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
• Return Exceptions
  • Some items cannot be returned. These include software, videos, electronic document, sale items, and any other products that are specifically identified as non-returnable.
    Merchandise that has used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Management reserves the right to reject any request for return if fraud or deception is suspected.
• Restocking Fee
  • All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
• Exchanges
  • In some cases, to be determined by Management, customers may be allow to exchange an unwanted product for store credit. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
